Born and raised in Chicago, self produced musician PLAYMIK began rapping at the age of 3 after being exposed to his father's studio. He heard his voice recorded, and began a writing journey that would mature with him until he ventured into his next studio at age 17.
Initially chronicling his life experiences in the realm of "Reality Rap," Mik eventually ventured into the world of production, engineering, and other genres such as RnB, Afrobeats, Alternative, Pop, and "Fantasy Rap"
